Nova restaurant steals money from investors

The Nova restaurant located at 9 North Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015 has strung along its investors for nearly five long years. I was recruited into investing in this establishment with two other friends on April 25th, 2004. We were promised a percentage of profit and quarterly updates regarding the sales and profit of the restaurant. To this day we have received nothing!! No returned phone calls absolutely nothing. We are out over $30,000 dollars not to mention the $2,000 a year in food credit we never received either. Denise Dunlap who is the owner of the restaurant is a crook! She steals other peoples money and reaps the rewards without the slightest of guilt. There are certainly other restaurants to dine at and I would suggest spending your money at an ethical and moral establishment.
